We are happy to accept returns and exchanges from www.hand5tand.com on all eligible items within 90 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges within the US are FREE! 

Please note that all product is to be returned with original packaging. Discounted or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. All other items unless specified at final sale are eligible for return/exchange within 90 days of purchase.

In addition to returns and/or exchanges within 90 day of purchase date, ALL Hand5tands include a lifetime guarantee for Hand5stand product itself and functionality (excluding graphics/artwork/custom print design on the Hand5stand). 

To begin a return or exchange process or any inquiry into lifetime guarantee replacement of product, please email info@hand5tand.com with original order confirmation number. All returns/exchanges within the US are free and a return shipping label will be sent back to your email within 3 business days from initiating your return/exchange request.
